The state spent weeks and months preparing for an overrun or an overwhelming of the medical system that did not happen, thanks God. We lost a lot of people that should have not died. If we got hydroxychloroquine earlier to the therapeutics and the nursing homes, this could not have happened. I have filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of all businesses, churches, and all gyms. It took the neighboring California crazy stay at home orders to have the governor and his team realize how some businesses were being treated unfairly. Some businesses were able to operate at 50 percent capacity while the rest were ordered to close. It has been a tough time for the tattoo’s artists, massage therapists, estheticians and gyms. I’m thankful the Governor did what he did. It was going to be hard to overcome for the small businesses. The governor talked about ability to protect our vulnerable populations, but what I’m worried about is what you doing specifically for the nursing homes, what type of outreach you have put in place, who is testing these people on a daily basis, or who is providing the most effective medication, Hydroxychloroquine.

I fight for you, regardless of sex, religion, race, and status.
